I cannot say enough how much I appreciated EVERYONE's positive and polite demeanor. I told my husband when I got home that I had never (and I'm a well seasoned traveler) been at a hotel where absolutely everyone was happy, friendly and eager to please, without exception. I ate breakfast in the cafe and had room service at night and each meal was excellent. There are only two things I would change .... #1 room service for lunch and a hotel car to be able to pop down to Cedars for appointments. I look forward to more stays in the future.

From the beginning to the end of our stay, the Sofitel provided excellent, personalized service that made us feel welcome and special. The guest room was comfortable, elegant, and quiet. We loved the fitness facilities and concierge. Our dog was so welcome and became a favorite for all the staff. I enjoyed the location and found a nice neighborhood behind the hotel that was perfect for walking our dog. We will be back!
