For a 2 star hotel I was amazed how good this hotel is, we couldn't fault it. Our previous overnight stay was at a Hilton Doubletree in Sheffield and the standard was not nearly as good. I have deleted the Hilton app and down loaded Acc (IBIS) , this will be my first choice in future.

The location is great. The bathroom I had was not well maintained and there was a funny stench which I tried hard to wash away but to no avail. The amenities were not restocked and the stirrers had been used and replaced. That was rather gross. The carpet was dirty and needed a good vacuum.
